Athlete Bio

Dominique Maltais has had a great career. She's a 5-time Crystal Globe winner of the overall World Cup, X Games gold medalist in 2012, two-time Canadian National Champion and two-time Olympic medalist. She's always fast in qualifying and has been number-one at X Games in three of her four starts. The 34-year-old French-Canadian is a trained firefighter, but currently completely focused on snowboarding.

  • Dominique has made the Final at X Games in three out of four appearances. He has gold from 2012 - her only medal. She is a five-time Crystal Globe winner and has been top four every year since 2006. She has two medals in three Olympic appearances and was the number-one qualifier in three out of four X Games starts.
