Athlete Bio

The first international rider to win X Games Freestyle gold in 2009, this Aussie innovator also scored a silver in Speed & Style at the 2013 X Games in Los Angeles, as well as two Best Trick medals, a silver in '09 and a bronze in '06. Frequently injured through his career, Williams had 8 separate surgeries from 2009 to 2011, missing X Games 2010 and X Games 2011. Since LA 2013, he's been injury free. One of the most talented, respected and creative riders in freestyle, Williams, AKA Bilko, was the first to land a Cliff-flip and Ruler flip to dirt, as well as 360 variations like the Flying Dutchman.
