Athlete Bio

Torah has earned her position as one of the elite women of competitive snowboarding, having won gold at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, silver at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, the 2010 ESPY for Best Female Action Sports Athlete and two X Games Aspen SuperPipe titles. The bubbly Aussie took on an amazing feat when she qualified for the 2014 Winter Olympics in three different disciplines: slopestyle, halfpipe and snowboard cross. She was a contender for the Australian Dancing With the Stars but was forced to an early exit after injuring her left toe in training.

  • Torah was the first Australian snowboarder to medal at an X Games winter event and the first to take gold at a winter event. She has four X Games Aspen medals total: 2009, 2007 gold and 2006, 2008 silver. She also owns gold in halfpipe from the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics halfpipe and a silver in halfpipe 2014 Sochi Olympics.
