Sweetgrass Productions in Canada
Sweetgrass Productions is working on another two-year film project, due out in the fall of 2013. This time, they're shooting the whole movie in Canada.
Sweetgrass' last film, "Solitaire," was filmed in South America over the last two years. The crew is now based out of Nelson, British Columbia. In this photo: Thayne Rich.
A Wild Trip
"If Signatures was happy and bubbly, and Solitaire was nasty and intense," says Sweetgrass' Ben Sturgulewski, "this one is going to go down the rabbit hole and take you on a fantastic and wild trip."
They plan to shoot mainly around the Nelson, BC, area, focusing on Whitewater Resort backcountry, the Kootenays, Rogers Pass and Revelstoke.
Getting The Shot
Using high-strung tactics to get a creative shot.

"We're definitely keeping the plot of the film pretty tightly under wraps, but suffice it to say, there will be a plot, a real narrative," says Sturgulewski.
