In one short week, pro athletes will be flipping and slipping around the snowy French Alps as X Games Tignes gets under way. And X Games MUSIC will be bringing the best in electronic dance music (EDM) to those lucky enough to join us across the pond.

On Thursday, Mar. 21, from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m., X Games MUSIC will present EDM artist Robert DeLong at The Melting Pot in Val Claret, the highest of the five resort villages that make up Tignes. This exclusive event will admit only 100 members of the public. The set will end at the stroke of midnight, but The Melting Pot will stay open until 4 a.m.

Hailing from Los Angeles, DeLong broke onto the scene in the summer of 2012 with his track "Global Concepts," one of the 12 songs that make up his debut record, "Just Movement," which he wrote, produced, mixed and performed himself. DeLong -- who was quickly snapped up by promoters everywhere after the album's release -- will be fresh off his performance at SXSW.
