Professional skateboarder and certified "Jackass" Bam Margera is returning to the small screen for a new prank-driven reality game show for TBS. The show is appropriately called "Bam's Bad A-- Game Show" and executives have ordered six episodes that will air in 2014.

In "Bam's Bad A-- Game Show," contestants will face off in a succession of cringe-worthy and potentially dangerous challenges. The loser of each battle will be eliminated; the last one standing will be awarded a $10,000 cash prize.

Margera's friends -- the usual suspects -- will be on hand to assist in the development and test trials of the challenges and often will end up in worse shape than the competitors. With Margera and the producer of "Fear Factor" at the helm, "Bam's Bad A-- Game Show" is sure to be shocking, stomach-turning and -- TBS hopes -- watched by millions of "Jackass" fans.

Besides riding for Element and Adio Skate Shoes, Margera has enjoyed a lucrative side career in reality shows and movies. He was among the featured comic stuntmen in MTV's television program "Jackass," which culminated in a series of feature films -- the third of which, "Jackass 3D," broke box-office records around the world.

In addition to his work in the "Jackass" franchise, the skater-turned-bad-boy-reality-star had two of his own series on MTV. "Viva La Bam," which was based on the daredevil shenanigans of Margera and his cohorts, aired first in 2003 and ran for five seasons. That was followed by "Bam's Unholy Union" in 2007, which chronicled Margera's engagement and subsequent wedding.

Margera is listed as a co-producer for the new TBS show -- not surprising, given that he also helped to write and produce the "Jackass" films. Additionally, Margera has written, directed and financed three independent films, including 2003's "Haggard," and he has directed videos for some of the bands he's helped to launch through his own record label, Filthy Note Records. Clearly comfortable in front of and behind the lens, Margera also currently hosts his own radio show, called "Radio Bam," on Sirius XM.
