The best of Cory Nastazio's Twitter feed

BMX dirt legend Cory Nastazio recalls his first X Games competition in 1998.

During the first wave of professional BMX dirt competitions in the late '90s, select BMX pros from the across the U.S. were handed big monthly checks from bike sponsors that weren't completely focused on BMX, and given free reign for several years. Some prospered, investing their money and maintaining their skills in the dirt field. While others disappeared as soon as the mountain bike company pay checks stopped arriving each month.

Cory "Nasty" Nastazio is one of the few riders to emerge from that scene and maintain a very lengthy career as a BMX dirt professional. To this day, he maintains respectable sponsors (Haro Bikes, Vans), and continues to grow as a rider. He's also one of the most charismatic and entertaining BMX riders to arrive on the scene, and to that end, he is now the host of his own radio show on Skee247.com. (New shows arrive each Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET)

But the reason we're here today is for Nasty's Twitter account. Cory speaks from the heart and tells it like it is, even if that means insulting his own spelling skills or discussing his mother's cooking habits for visiting pros. What follows are ten of Cory's most entertaining Tweets from the past month.
