Since the BMX invasion of Austin, Texas started over twenty years ago, there has been almost annual scene reports on the pages of magazines and in video. Circa 2013, the Austin BMX scene continues to grow and expand in all directions of BMX riding, from flatland to trails to street.

Stranger/Lotek pro Charlie Crumlish moved to the Austin area last year, and has spent a good deal of time documenting the riding there. In the above video, Crumlish compiled clips from X Games pros such as Aaron Ross and Tom Dugan, and mixed them with some of the lesser known locals and transplants such as Clint Zaboydyn and Seth Peterson.
