Nowadays, there are so many ski-related videos filling up the internet that it can be overwhelming. Which ones should you watch? Which ones aren't worth your time? Which ones will leave you wanting more? Here at ESPN Freeskiing, we watch a lot of online ski videos (it's a tough job, but someone's got to do it) and the ones created by ski photographer Jordan Manley are, quite simply, some of the best.
Leave it to a young and talented photographer like Manley -- who's based in Vancouver, BC -- to bring out skiing's most artistic and soulful moving imagery. In his series, called "A Skier's Journey" and now entering its third season, Manley and skiers Chad Sayers and Forrest Coots travel from Japan to Dubai to Iceland to explore the distances a skier will go for his craft.
This video is just a teaser for the three episodes launching later this season. Check back for the first episode on Oct. 29.[If you missed the previous seasons of 'A Skier's Journey,' check out season one and season two.]
