    Snowboarding in 'Intervals'

    By Melissa Larsen

    Published Saturday December 29, 2012

One of the more interesting developments in the straight-to-web video-part revolution is how it has given people who have been somewhat locked out of the big name movie crew lineups the ability to show the world that they're out there snowboarding too, and doing a mighty fine job of it.

It's been especially nice for women, who like to see videos of other women snowboarding and for many years haven't always been able to enjoy this very simple thing. Thanks to ladies like Hana Beaman, with her "P.S." webisode series and June Bhongjan and Esthera Preada of Peep Show there has been a virtual eye-candy smorgasbord of options the past couple of years. And we thank them for it.

If you missed the fun this time around, the film above is essentially a "best of" compilation from this past year's "P.S." webisodes, with some Leanne Pelosi and friends footage added to the mix. One suggestion, for Short Attention Span Theater patrons: skip two and a half minutes in, and then hit play. It would be a shame to let a meandering intro make you wander off, when the riding in this video is well worth sticking around for.
