This past weekend, Skateboarder Magazine returned to Stoner skate plaza in Los Angeles, Calif. to host the third annual Make-A-Wish Foundation Best Trick Skate Jam, made possible by Red Bull and Arnette.

With help from the Skatepark of Tampa crew, who handled announcing and judging duties throughout the day, the event went down without a hitch. In the end, the event raised $7500 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Anthony Estrada walked away with a first place overall win, with Stoner local Sebo Walker taking second and Flip's Oscar Meza taking third.

The Greater Los Angeles chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation was formed in 1983. The charter has fulfilled more than 7,700 wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since the creation of the event three years ago, Skateboarder Magazine has been able to donate over a considerable amount of money to the charity, with pros donating their own prize money in the past and Baker pro Dustin Dollin even donating $2500 of his own money in 2011.
