Bode Merrill hosted the inaugural Merrill Mini Pipe Invitational at High Cascade last week. It was his first crack at running an event, but by all indications he nailed it. The double-backies he was trying to pull all day are another story... But Merrill can take his lumps and the occasional harsh-zeach or scorpion rarely slows him down. I sat down for a tailgate interview with him just after the event to talk about growing up in Park City, getting beat down while filming his Real Snow part and the state of web shed videos.
