Ever since his breakout appearance at the AFMXA amateur competition at Pala Raceway in Pala, Calif., on 2010, Jimmy Hill has been making a name for himself. Riding and training under the Metal Mulisha brand umbrella, Hill has been doing demos across the United States and internationally while expanding his trick list.
During a recent trip to Monterrey, Mexico, for "Motionfest," a two-day multi-action sports event put on by the Mexican government that included an FMX jump show, an airport snafu involving his travel partner and fellow rider Kenny Bell left Hill flying solo across the border and Bell at the gate explaining to the TSA agents why he was trying to bring an FMX front suspension as carry-on.
Long story short, Hill did the trip alone and brought us back a special treat. None other than Monterrey local rider and former pro ATC racer, Tampico Sanchez. Sit back and enjoy the above video showing this multicultural ride session at the newly revamped Linkogle compound in Temecula, Calif.
