Canadian halfpipe coach Trennon Paynter recently helped build a new trampoline training center for his team athletes to use. But get this: The trampolines -- two Olympic trampolines and one new super tramp -- were installed in Paynter's backyard in Squamish, BC. "The more time you spend in the air, the more comfortable you get in the air," Paynter says. "So the fact that we have this now in a spot where athletes can come use it whenever they want ... means for us that the guys are going to have that much more time in the air and they'll be that much more comfortable."
In this edit, Justin Dorey, Roz Groenewoud and other Canadian athletes test out the trampolines. "The super tramp is amazing," Dorey says. "It's way easier on your body. It's a lot softer and you can go higher."
