Recently, Austin-based photographer Sandy Carson got in touch and asked about doing a retrospective look at the riding of S&M's Josh Stricker. Carson, who formerly rode for etnies alongside Stricker, was with him during many filming trips for almost a decade and amassed hundreds of photos of Josh throughout the U.S. and Europe. Some of these photos went on to become magazine covers and features in Dig BMX, and some have sat in Sandy's archives unused. Stricker's riding, although we haven't much from him lately, is a legendary brand of high-speed gaps, wallrides and clicked tables, and it's been features in legendary videos from S&M, etnies and Little Devil. The following gallery is a showcase of Josh's skills, and a nice reminder of the powerful pedal stroke Josh has given some of the gaps he's accomplished over the years.
