Originally from Vermont and bearing a likeness to comedian Norm Macdonald, BMX photographer Seth Holton once rode for Metal Bikes, traveled the world with the likes of Mike Tag and Leland Thurman, and graced the pages of Dig BMX Magazine with his original slant on BMX riding across the U.S. and Europe. These days, Seth calls Seattle, Wash. home, and pays the bills as a bike messenger. Recently, Seth reached out with a selection of photos that had slipped through the cracks of magazine publishing. The photos span all corners of the U.S. and capture a simpler time in BMX, when airs ruled the magazine pages and the Internet was an afterthought. Welcome to Seth Holton's wayback machine.
