[Editor's note: Meathead Films' 10th annual movie, "Prime Cut," debuts in September. Until then, we'll be hosting regular teasers, exclusive to ESPN Freeskiing, called "Prime Cutlets," which give you an inside look at the making of their feature film. Here is the second episode. You can also watch the official "Prime Cut" movie trailer and pre-order your DVD now. ]
Rain. Crust. Snow. Thaw. Ups and downs in snow conditions and weather are the norm in New England. The Meats rolled with the punches and spent this past season scouring the East for good snow and deep days. Jay Bowen and Jeff Curry sussed out some Vermont sidecountry stashes after an unfavorable weather cycle and scored some shin-deep pow. Erik Olson and Ben Leoni pillaged some freshies at Stowe resort and the mighty tram of Cannon serviced tasty morsels to Ben and local Stacey Rachdorf in some remote drainages. This second episode of Prime Cutlets concludes with Jeff and Ross Imburgia popping boulder taps and double backfliping mini booters at an abandoned ski area.
