BMX park finals from the third stop of the 2010 Dew Tour in Salt Lake City, Utah just finished up, and Haro's Dennis Enarson finished in the top spot. This win comes one day after Enarson grabbed the win in BMX dirt, meaning Dennis is going home to San Diego with both park and dirt wins. Enarson is the third rider in Dew Tour history to pull a double win in park and dirt, following in Ryan Nyquist (July '06) and Ryan Guettler's (July '05) footsteps. Enarson's Nike 6.0 teammate Garrett Reynolds finished in second place, followed by Daniel Dhers in the third place spot.
Highlights of park finals included a 720 barspin to fakie by Garrett Reynolds, Scotty Cranmer almost entering the 900 club, and complete annihilation of the park course by Dennis Enarson. To the disappointment of the crowd and riders, park favorite Mike Spinner rolled in to take a run and acquire year-end points, but sat out the remainder of the finals with an undisclosed injury.
Next month, the 2010 Dew Tour heads to Las Vegas for the final event of the season -- the Dew Tour Championships at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. With an insane points race in park and dirt, this is one contest no one will want to miss. See you in Vegas.
