For the past six months I've been in pretty close contact with Metal Mulisha's Beau Manley. Aside from going back and forth, talking about potential new ideas for The Manley Show, he's been telling me all about a movie that he landed a big role in. At first I didn't really think much of it, but the more I heard about it from him and fellow Mulisha rider Colin Morrison the more I began to realize that this is the real deal.
If you follow either Morrison or Manley on Twitter, then you've seen their tweets about rehearsals and filming in both Hollywood and Temecula. As more info came to surface, I learned that the film is called "Bro" and it features some pretty big dudes like Danny Trejo. You know Trejo from films like "Desperado," "Point Blank," and even "Anchorman" -- yeah, he was the bartender when Ron Burgundy was down and out. I also just found out that my friend Marc Salomon is co-producing the film. Marc is no stranger to the FMX scene as he's the one who produced the yet-to-be-released "Camp Chuck," which is obviously Chuck Carothers' film.
