Just thought I'd start the day with a little skateboard news—one, because a little skate never hurt a snow blog in the month of June, and two, reading this, I am quite confident, will make your morning.

It's a story that went up last night on the Los Angeles website Daily Breeze—the headline, "Skateboarder sorry for his mushroom-fueled naked rooftop incident."

It opens like so: "Professional skateboarder Jereme Rogers said Wednesday he was sorry for disturbing his Redondo Beach neighbors this week when he 'ate some "mushrooms" and bugged out,' preaching naked on his rooftop."

In the story, Rogers is very apologetic about the situation, saying, "It was obviously something I shouldn't have done," he said as he rolled a marijuana joint in his bedroom. "It was just something that happened."
